Job summary

Integrated ID Systems, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative and Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support order processing, shipping, and inventory in a fast-paced office.

This role collaborates with Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting to ensure accurate fulfillment and timely communication, while handling hands-on shipping tasks. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service, shipping/receiving, or order processing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Comfortable working in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Enter and process customer orders and purchase orders.
• Resolve order issues and provide order status updates.
• Process customer and vendor orders.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders.
• Verify packing slips, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate shipments with shipping and freight carriers.
• Prepare shipping labels, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and freight quotes.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments.
• Manage inventory and relabel products as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
• Process returns and RMA requests.
• Support card printing, personalization, and fulfillment as needed.
• Review daily shipments, send invoice emails, and review shipping exception reports.
• Manage and order office supplies.
• Perform general administrative duties and support team members as needed.
