Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Client Service Manager to lead quality care and client satisfaction in home-based services. You will supervise Caregivers, manage scheduling, and build strong referrals with partners and clients. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving and organized documentation.

The ideal candidate has scheduling/management experience, strong communication, and a customer-service orientation to support at-home health needs and safety checks.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Nursing, Social Services, or related field preferred.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality care and overall client satisfaction.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the Caregivers who provide direct care to the clients served.
• Manage employee scheduling, identify problem situations, and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Conduct periodic home visits and safety checks.
