Based in Rochester, NY, this 100% in-office position emphasizes coaching, strategy, and collaboration with Finance, Tax, Sales, Support, and Implementation teams. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a customer service role.
• Experience using reporting and metrics (KPIs).
• Experience in HCM/payroll industry or HRIS software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead and coach a team of Account Managers on client interactions and issue resolution.
• Foster learning opportunities to expand staff knowledge.
• Hire and onboard new team members and build trusted client relationships.
