Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Manager for the Berks County Visits Office in Wyomissing, PA. The role focuses on coordinating high-quality home care, developing relationships in the community, and growing the office caseload.

As a leader, you will supervise field staff in collaboration with Clinical Managers, monitor admissions and referrals, and ensure excellent customer service in delivering compassionate, reliable home health care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior healthcare, medical office, or home care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
