BAYADA Home Health Care invites applications for a Client Services Manager role in our Harrisburg Senior Living Office. You will coordinate top-notch home health services, build strong client and referral relationships, and lead scheduling and staffing to meet growing needs.

Your leadership and organizational skills will drive client satisfaction and office performance while collaborating with Clinical Managers to support field staff and achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Knowledge of Medicare and OASIS is a plus.
• Experience in medical office, healthcare, or home care preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in achieving goals and increasing responsibility.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
