BAYADA Home Health Care in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Client Services Manager in our Senior Living Office. You will coordinate high-quality home health services and build relationships with clients, families, referral partners, and your team.

The role involves managing scheduling, expanding an assigned caseload, monitoring metrics, and partnering with Clinical Managers to support field staff while driving office growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior knowledge of Medicare and OASIS a plus.
• Previous medical office, healthcare, or home care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in achieving goals and taking on increasing levels of responsibility.
• Ambition and desire to grow and advance within the organization.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
