BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Manager for the Berks County Visits Office in Wyomissing, PA. The role focuses on coordinating high-quality home care, developing community relationships, and growing the office caseload.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree preference, healthcare experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to support clinical teams and improve service delivery in the Berks County region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior healthcare, home health, or medical office experience beneficial.
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client services and address scheduling needs.
• Grow and manage the office caseload.

Client Services Manager – Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Berks County Visits Office, located in Wyomissing, PA.

As a Client Services Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating high-quality home care, developing relationships in the community, and helping grow and manage your office's caseload.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs.
• Manage and proactively grow your caseload.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support quality home care delivery.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to support and supervise field employees.
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with your office and field teams.
• Monitor key business metrics, including admissions, Medicare percentage, and referral outcomes.
• Support the overall growth and success of the Berks County office.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior healthcare, medical office, or home care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Demonstrated success taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ambition to grow and advance within BAYADA.
