Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Manager for our West Chester, PA office to coordinate home care services and manage a caseload, ensuring high-quality client outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, relationship-building with clients and referral sources, and collaboration with Clinical Managers to support field staff and drive office growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior medical office, healthcare, or home care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increasing responsibility.
• Strong computer skills, including electronic medical record experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ambition to grow and advance within BAYADA.
