This is an on-site role requiring expert client relationship management and operational leadership to ensure service excellence and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidate will oversee a team of supervisors and associates, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strict security and quality

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• 5-8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Mail Services, Reprographics, Digital Mail, Imaging Services, Document Management, Workplace Services.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams in a financial services, legal, corporate, or highly regulated environment.
• Experience managing client relationships and operational budgets.

Aufgaben

• Lead onsite operations for mail, reprographics, imaging, and digital mail services.
• Maintain SLA/KPI adherence and develop SOPs and quality controls.
• Manage budgets, staffing plans, and monthly operational reports.
• Lead client relationship reviews and drive continuous service improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and information security practices.
