Job summary

ADVATIX - Advanced Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking a Client Services Representative to support Fortune 500 clients and smaller accounts. The role focuses on day-to-day project requirements, high-quality execution, and coordinating all client requests while reporting to the Client Services Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree, preferably in business.
• Two years of experience in program management.
• Ability to develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with senior-level client contacts.
• Track record of exceeding relationship management objectives.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to learn new systems.
• Ability to travel up to 5% or as required.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks related to client requirements and ensure obligations are met.
• Advise clients on project, campaign, and program execution by coordinating with internal cross-functional departments.
• Assist onboarding as defined in client requirements.
• Identify new opportunities with clients to drive revenue growth.
• Identify client health risks and coordinate with other departments for solutions.
• Proactively identify and report monthly financial variances.
• Quality check invoices to ensure services are accounted for.
• All other duties as assigned.
