Job summary

HRforGrowth is engaged as the exclusive talent acquisition partner to conduct this search on behalf of a client organization hiring for this role. The Client Services Representative will support Fortune 500 clients and be the sole contact for the marketing and location launch events.

The role reports to the Client Services Manager and requires strong organization, calendar management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high quality execution and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business or related field.
• Two years’ program management experience required.
• Ability to develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with senior-level client contacts.
• Track record of exceeding relationship management objectives.
• Ability to travel up to 5% or as required.

Responsibilities

• Execute client-specific tasks to meet obligations and specifications.
• Act as consultative extension to provide project and program recommendations.
• Support onboarding tasks per client requirements.
• Identify new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor client health risks and coordinate with other departments.
• Proactively identify and report monthly financial variances.
• Quality check invoices to ensure services are billed.
• All other duties as assigned.
