Job summary

At Advatix, Inc, we are seeking a Client Services Representative to join our growing team in Strongsville, Ohio. You will report to the Client Services Manager and manage day-to-day, project-based needs for Fortune 500 clients as well as smaller accounts, coordinating requests and ensuring quality execution.

This high-touch role requires strong calendar management, detail orientation, and an understanding of retail launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• Two years of program management experience.
• Ability to develop and deepen relationships with senior-level client contacts.
• Strong organizational and calendar management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute defined tasks related to client requirements and program specs.
• Serve as a consultative extension to provide recommendations across projects.
• Support onboarding tasks per client requirements.
• Identify opportunities to drive additional revenue growth with clients.
• Identify client health risks and coordinate with other departments.
• Proactively monitor monthly financial variances and invoice quality.
