Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct overall client services and implementation of new accounts for TRISTAR Benefit Administrators.
• Maintain client data in Salesforce for all clients and prospects; coordinate with Director of Account Management.
• Oversee absence management processes and disability plans, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and support audits.
