Job summary

Qualifications

• Under minimal supervision directs client service functions and implementations.
• Experience in Absence Management and Disability Plans.
• Proven ability to manage staff and ensure compliance with policies.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client data in Salesforce for all clients and prospects.
• Oversee client services in coordination with the Director of Account Management.
• Oversee implementation of new clients with the Director of Account Management.
• Set up and maintain AbsenceTracker with client policies.
• Oversee application process for new Voluntary Plans with CA EDD.
• Provide statistical data for clients related to VDI surplus.
• Interface with IT on demographic file issues.
• Train clients on online and mobile reporting system.
• Develop and maintain relationships to meet client needs.
• Prepare quarterly/monthly client reports and ad hoc reports.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Assist with staff training and with RFPs and client presentations.
