Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 5+ years of experience in leave administration or related disability experience. You'll work efficiently, support clients, and ensure compliance with regulations while helping employees through their leave process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative office environment.
• Understanding of Federal and Statutory regulations regarding FMLA.
• Ability to document files accurately.

Responsibilities

• Administer Leave of Absence and Disability Claims.
• Manage and track eligibility for job protected leaves.
• Coordinate return to work efforts with claimant and client.
