Intrepid Benefits, a subsidiary of Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC, is seeking an Implementation Coordinator in Newport Beach, CA, with remote (temporary) disposition and full-time hours. You will ensure accurate enrollment data, configure integrations, and support open enrollment while collaborating with Account Managers, clients, carriers, and vendors.

You will manage benefits administration portals, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compliant records to deliver a smooth client

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in technical support, administrative support, benefits administration, or related function.
• Experience with employee benefits software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain benefits administration portals.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to gather client and carrier information.
• Configure carrier, vendor, and payroll integrations for enrollment and eligibility management.
• Support renewals and open enrollment by updating plans and documents.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide responsive client support.
• Prepare compliance documents and maintain organized records.
