Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in insurance account management, focusing on complex benefit accounts.
• Deep understanding of Life & Health insurance products and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Proficient in analytics and managing profitability of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex benefit accounts as the main point of contact.
• Develop service plans and manage renewal processes effectively.
• Analyze assigned book of business for revenue growth and profitability.
