Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Colorado Springs is seeking a full-time Client Services Host to keep days running smoothly and ensure a welcoming guest experience. You’ll answer calls, schedule appointments, and present our services with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role requires weekend/evening availability, collaboration with the team, and upselling opportunities. Competitive pay and full-time benefits support personal growth and a positive shop atmosphere.

Competenze

• 2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fantastic collaboration skills with an ability to communicate over the phone and in person.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
