Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a full-time Front Desk Host who can talk to a diverse range of customers and play a crucial part in smooth retail operations. You’ll earn competitive pay at $16.00/hour.

This role handles phone calls, schedules appointments, shares pricing information, and upsells treatments or products when possible. You’ll help maintain a clean, welcoming shop and support staff during busy periods.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Fantastic collaboration skills with an ability to communicate over the phone and in person
• Commitment to helping others and working with a team
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for staff
