Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines to ensure on-time, on-strategy, and on-budget delivery.
• Support Sr. Managers on client calls and lead when necessary.
• Identify upsell opportunities within current accounts and contribute to expansion strategies.
• Assist in developing project budgets and manage internal client resources to meet revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Directors to ensure project progress and quality; coordinate with vendors.
• Analyze client input to inform full communication plans and maintain industry knowledge.
• Handle travel, expense, and time-off administrative tasks.
