Paycom seeks a Manager, Client Services to lead and support the Client Services team in delivering exceptional service and driving revenue within existing accounts. You will oversee project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination with directors and vendors.

The role emphasizes strong communication, strategic upselling, and travel up to 30% to meet client needs and revenue goals. This position is full-time and located in Boston/Whitinsville area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client service-related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Experience with corporate tradeshow/meeting and events preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing project timelines and budgets to keep initiatives on track.
• Support Sr. Managers on client calls and lead when necessary.
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and help expand services.
• Develop and manage project budgets and allocate internal resources to hit revenue goals.
• Coordinate with Directors to ensure progress and quality of client projects.
• Interface with vendors to ensure deliverables are met.
• Analyze client feedback to aid communications planning.
• Stay informed on industry trends to maintain competitive edge.
• Handle travel, expense, and time-off administration.
