Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and budgets for up to 300 projects annually.
• Support development of project budgets and manage internal client resources.
• Maintain client schedules and present a strategic approach to events.
• Provide support to Managers on client calls and lead when necessary.
• Collaborate with Warehouse and Project Management to ensure progress and quality.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Purchasing to process new requests for properties.
• Analyze client input to help the Client Services team recommend solutions.
• Estimate and reconcile budgets for jobs up to roughly $10,000.
• Perform administrative tasks related to travel, expenses, and time off approvals.
