Job summary

ACCESS TCA INCORPORATED is seeking an Associate Manager, Client Services in Boston, MA to support the Client Services team by delivering high-level service and operational support for up to 300 projects annually.

You will help grow the business by assisting in revenue generation, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Warehouse, and Project Management. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a client service or customer service-related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail, personal organization, dynamic presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines to keep up to 300 projects annually.
• Support budgets and manage internal resources to meet revenue goals.
• Maintain knowledge of client schedules and strategize event management.
• Provide support to Managers on client calls and lead when needed.
• Collaborate with Warehouse and Project Management for progress and quality.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Purchasing on new property requests.
• Analyze client input with research and feedback to suggest solutions.
• Estimate and reconcile project budgets up to $10,000; handle travel/expense approvals.
