Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Client Services Field Effectiveness Senior Manager to lead enablement for the Client Services function. You will join meetings and leadership discussions to understand delivery roadblocks and translate programs into practical field content that accelerates value delivery.

You will model AI-native working habits, drive adoption of Celeste for delivery productivity, and measure impact on time-to-billability, go-live, delivery quality, and CSAT across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, or implementation
• 2+ years in enablement or field effectiveness
• Ability to translate complex delivery methodology into accessible training content
• Experience in vertical SaaS or enterprise software preferred
• Field-focused: delivering tangible results to delivery teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as the embedded enablement partner to Client Services and represent priorities in Field Effectiveness forums
• Own training programming across product knowledge, process, and professional skills
• Own onboarding and everboarding end-to-end with ramp tracks and certifications
• Model AI-native practices and drive Celeste adoption across delivery work
• Build reinforcement motions and measure impact on time-to-billability, go-live, quality, and CSAT/tNPS
