• Build and scale the Client Services and Dispatch teams in line with growth, including workforce planning and hiring.
• Develop team members through coaching, mentoring, skills development, and career-path planning; foster a positive culture.
• Establish clear performance standards and accountability; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Own and continuously improve processes within Client Services and Dispatch; maintain metrics, training records, and schedules.
• Monitor operations to ensure staff compliance with policies, safety rules, contracts, and regulations.
• Collaborate with the operations management team to implement cross-functional policies, goals, and initiatives.
