Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in medical communications, healthcare marketing, or scientific agency.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with emphasis in Marketing, Business, or Science.
• Strong communicator both in written and verbal forms with a proven ability to effectively establish and nurture client, internal, and staff relationships.
• Previous experience with people management is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and deliver projects to operational excellence standards.
• Lead account teams and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.
• Oversee staff timesheets and performance reviews; develop team growth plans.
• Draft SOWs, budgets, and manage scope to maximize client value.
• Coordinate with leadership across Marketing and Finance on scope changes and opportunities.
