This is not a typical front desk role; you’ll be part of the client experience from the moment they walk in, helping create a welcoming environment and supporting clients through a personal journey.

You will welcome clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, process transactions, and collaborate with styling teams to keep the day running

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service, hospitality, retail, salon, or medical office experience.
• Warm, professional communication with clients.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Comfort using scheduling, POS, or business software.
• Dependable and composed in busy environments.
• Enjoy helping people and working in a team.
