Job summary

Lockton Companies seeks an experienced client services professional to manage a broad portfolio of accounts in a busy brokerage environment. You will support the lifecycle of client deliverables, coordinate with senior teams and present findings to clients when needed.

You will be seen as a subject-matter expert on core processes, with growth opportunities and a focus on delivering high-quality service while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of client services experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in brokerage industry and understanding of industry trends.
• Legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to attend meetings and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for approximately 40-60 total accounts (depending on other responsibilities and factors), with assistance from an Account Coordinator or Senior Account Coordinator.
• Sends final client deliverable, as well as written recommendation, to dedicated team member for peer review.
• Responsible for presenting client deliverable, as needed, to core team and/or client with leadership supervision.
• Potential responsibility related to growth (build relationship and working parameters with growth team).
• Seen as Subject Matter Expert by core teams and/or clients.
• Minimal escalations required to complete traditional renewals.
• First line of defense for escalated issues related to marketing, claims and/or clinical with ability to discern further escalation to Manager.
