Job summary

Lockton is seeking a Client Services professional in Plano, TX to manage 40–60 accounts with support from coordinators. You will deliver finalized client paperwork and recommendations for peer review, and present deliverables to the team or client under supervision.

The role emphasizes growth-oriented relationships, SME status with clients, and handling renewals with limited escalations. You will obtain and maintain the required license and stay compliant with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of Client services experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrates strong working knowledge and experience within brokerage industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for approximately 40-60 total accounts, with assistance from an Account Coordinator or Senior Account Coordinator.
• Sends final client deliverable, as well as written recommendation, to dedicated team member for peer review.
• Responsible for presenting client deliverable to core team and/or client with leadership supervision.
• Potential responsibility related to growth (build relationship and working parameters with growth team).
• Seen as Subject Matter Expert by core teams and/or clients.
• Minimal escalations required to complete traditional renewals.
• First line of defense for escalated issues related to marketing, claims and/or clinical with ability to discern further escalation to Manager.
• Obtain/maintain license.
