Job summary

Lockton in the United States seeks a senior Client Services professional to oversee a designated book of business, focusing on marketing, claims, and administration while delivering the highest level of client service.

You will analyze industry trends, build financial models, and present coverage plans, renewal terms, and carrier quotes to clients, coordinating with senior staff and carriers to meet insured expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically, more than 7 years of Client services experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.

• Reviews carrier quotes to determine recommendations and negotiates quotes.
• Collaborates with senior staff to select new markets for submissions and requests for quotes.
• Establishes and maintains interfaces with clients, carriers, and vendors.
• Mentors and trains junior staff and stays current on industry regulations.
