You will analyze industry trends, build financial models, and present coverage plans, renewal terms, and carrier quotes to clients, coordinating with senior staff and carriers to meet insured expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically, more than 7 years of Client services experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Demonstrates strong working knowledge of brokerage industry and regulations.
• Ability to attend meetings and complete continuing education as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains favorable internal and external relationships to provide high-level customer service.
• Oversees servicing of a designated book of business relating to marketing, claims, and administration.
• Researches root causes of issues, implements resolutions, and communicates findings.
• Recommends enhancements to processes, products, and policies.
• Analyzes industry trends and provides client guidance with discretion and judgment.
• Develops financial models and reports; interprets analysis and offers recommendations.
• Plays a consultative role in strategic planning for coverage changes and renewals.
• Engages in client strategy meetings to manage insured expectations for upcoming terms.
• Presents coverage plans and renewal terms to clients; interprets exposure data.
• Reviews carrier quotes to determine recommendations and negotiates quotes.
• Collaborates with senior staff to select new markets for submissions and requests for quotes.
• Establishes and maintains interfaces with clients, carriers, and vendors.
• Mentors and trains junior staff and stays current on industry regulations.
