Job summary

Lockton seeks a senior Client Services professional in Dallas to maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients and proactively manage ongoing contact. You will coordinate strategic planning, RFP processes, and vendor responses while aligning client needs with service options.

You will consult on investment options, fees, strategies, and monthly claims experience, mentor junior staff, and help develop policies within the brokerage practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of client services experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of brokerage industry and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance client relationships with proactive, ongoing contact.
• Understand client requirements and provide strategic planning and consulting advice.
• Coordinate RFP processes, vendor responses, and client reporting.
• Consult with clients on investment options, fee structures, strategies, and goals.
• Review large claims and monthly claims experience to inform client decisions.
• Assist in revenue goal attainment and development of procedures within area of specialty.
• Develop relationships with carriers, broker networks, and other providers.
