Job summary

Lockton in Houston is seeking a senior Client Services professional to deepen relationships with existing clients, manage accounts, and drive proactive engagement. You will provide strategic guidance, coordinate RFP responses, and help clients review investments and performance across their programs.

You will also support revenue growth, collaborate with carriers and brokers, and mentor junior staff while upholding company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business.
• 7+ years in client services or account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of brokerage industry and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance client relationships through proactive contact.
• Understand client requirements and needs of each account.
• Provide strategic planning and consulting, including RFP coordination.
• Consult with clients on investment options, services, and goals.
• Review large claims and monthly experience with clients.
• Coordinate market selection and new business reporting.
• Mentor junior staff and share knowledge with the team.
