Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. seeks Client Services Associates Concierges to join the Customer Experience team at our Plano, TX office.

In this on-site role, you will greet customers, manage drop-offs for PSA, PCGS, PSA/DNA, and WATA, and ensure smooth submission flow from intake to order entry. Expect up to 40% travel for shows, strong teamwork, and courteous communication as you coordinate with Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Receiving.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent preferred; 4+ years in customer care/hospitality is a plus
• Ability to understand and relay company policies and procedures
• Exceptional written communication skills and clear, persuasive communication
• Interpersonal and teamwork skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for shows and events

Responsibilities

• Inform customers about services, memberships, procedures, and promotions
• Schedule drop-offs to maintain organized flow of customers and products
• Coordinate with Security/Sales for high-value submissions
• Attend onsite VIP submitters to ensure first-class guest experience
• Assist with inquiries on orders and pricing at drop-offs and ensure forms are completed correctly
