Job summary

Collectors Universe Inc. is seeking a PSA Hobby Concierge Representative to join our Santa Clara team. You will assist customers with submissions at the MojoBreaks hobby shop, package items securely, and ship them to our headquarters.

You will support the PSA/DNA team and help expand our presence at hobby shops and events across the United States. The role requires light travel up to 10%, a valid driver’s license, and occasional on-site interviews.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive in delivering exceptional in-person and remote customer support.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process submissions at the shop and ensure items are safe until pickup.
• Organize and expedite orders by service level; assist with events and shows.
• Resolve escalated customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or by email.
• Actively solicit business in the shop and provide weekly performance updates.
