Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. seeks a PSA Hobby Concierge Representative to provide world-class customer care at submission centers in hobby shops.

You will assist customers, intake submissions, package items safely, and ship to headquarters, while identifying process improvements to expand the Collectors footprint. You will travel to events and work 3–5 days weekly, with heavy overtime and weekend shifts, reporting to the Customer Experience Supervisor at the Bleecker shop in New York, NY.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to travel for shows and events.
• Driver's license is required; passport preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Maintain professional conduct and deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Responsibly handle all submissions to keep items safe and secure until pick-up
• Receiving and processing submissions at the shop
• Prioritizes responsibilities during submission center hours
• Organizes and processes orders by service level and expedites orders as necessary
• Supports the PSA/DNA team and works with the shop management for events that the team can support
• Resolves escalated customer complaints and issues in person, over the phone, or through email
• Actively solicit business in the shop
• Provide weekly updates on submission center performance
• Works closely with management and the hobby shop team to improve processes and drive revenue
• Looks at ways to improve processes and the overall customer experience
