Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a PSA Hobby Concierge Representative for the MojoBreaks shop in Santa Clara, CA, with travel to events and other shops across the United States. You will handle submissions, package items, and assist the PSA/DNA team.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and time management skills, with 3-5 days per week plus overtime and weekend work. A valid driver’s license is required; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Receive, ingest, and process customer submissions at the shop.
• Securely package and ship items to headquarters.
• Prioritize and expedite orders during submission center hours.
• Support PSA/DNA team and coordinate with shop management for events.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints via in-person, phone, or email.
• Actively solicit business and provide weekly updates on center performance.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and drive revenue.
• Maintain professional image and customer service excellence.
