Job summary

Collectors Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Associate Concierge to provide world-class customer experience at our Plano, TX office. You will manage drop-offs for PSA, PCGS, PSA/DNA, and WATA, keep customers informed, and coordinate across departments to ensure smooth submissions and pickups.

Role requires up to 40% travel, a valid driver’s license, and onsite presence five days a week. Prior customer care/hospitality experience and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 4+ years of Customer Care/hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and relay company policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inform prospective and existing customers of company services, memberships, procedures and promotions.
• Schedule drop-offs with customers to organize flow of items to Collectors facility.
• Attend to onsite VIP submitters to ensure a first-class guest experience.
• Assist with inquiries on orders and pricing with customers at drop-off and ensure forms are filled out correctly.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, Customer Care, Sales, and Shipping to resolve customer issues.
