Truist Bank is seeking a frontline teammate to deliver a distinctive client experience across everyday banking transactions and digital channels. You will educate clients on online and mobile banking, assist with outbound outreach, and refer opportunities to branch specialists to grow the client relationship.

You’ll work regular hours with some weekend availability and occasional travel for staffing needs, contributing to a strong team environment focused on service excellence and risk awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversation, conducting transactions and uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls and referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies and stay informed of policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
