You will report to a Client Service Leader and shape our service culture through collaboration and continuous improvement. You will drive client retention, support sales initiatives, and resolve complex issues while developing talent and aligning goals with regional strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years client service and/or claims experience, or high school with 11+ years.
• Minimum 4+ years supervisory experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong interpersonal and planning skills to manage productivity and performance.
• Ability to resolve complex client issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Experience leading teams in operational service delivery or shared services.
• Collaborative mindset and a results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of client service professionals to deliver high-quality service.
• Drive client retention, support sales initiatives, and resolve complex issues.
• Develop team talent and implement productivity and service-delivery strategies.
• Communicate effectively at all levels to ensure quality service.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager and Client Service Leader on goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Ensure deadlines are met and audits for compliance.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to streamline processes and deliver results.
