BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Associate for our Willow Grove, PA Pediatrics office. This on-site role is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm and focuses on learning, growth, and building a career in healthcare leadership.

You will gain hands-on experience across client services, scheduling, and office operations while supporting field staff and clients. This position offers mentorship and room to advance into a leadership path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and build professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with client services, scheduling, and staffing needs.
• Support field staff in delivering high-quality home health services.
• Gain exposure to day-to-day office operations and healthcare management.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and field employees.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Assist with administrative responsibilities, documentation, and data entry.
