BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Associate for our Philadelphia pediatrics office. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, focusing on client services, scheduling, and staffing across the team.

You will gain hands-on experience in office operations, client relations, and data management, with growth opportunities into management tracks. The position emphasizes strong communication with field staff and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Associate in our Philadelphia, PA pediatrics office. This position is on site Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.

Through hands‑on experience and mentorship, Client Services Associates gain valuable exposure to all aspects of office operations, client services, scheduling, staffing, and team management — preparing them for future growth opportunities within the organization, including advancement into Client Services Manager roles.
