Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Associate to join our Assistive Care State Programs Home Care office in Harrisburg, PA. This role ensures onboarding, compliance, and scheduling needs are completed efficiently, and provides exposure to day-to-day office operations for growth paths.

Work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM in office, with responsibilities including answering calls, coordinating scheduling, maintaining documentation, and supporting onboarding and training activities while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency required to perform job functions

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and greet visitors professionally
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing for client cases
• Support and maintain personnel file management and documentation accuracy
• Assist with onboarding and hiring processes from application through start date as needed
• Ensure compliance with all required employment documentation and workflows
• Support coordination and execution of Home Health Aide training programs, including scheduling, materials management, and skills practice coordination
• Maintain and update required federal and state labor postings
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
