Archer is partnering with Third Bridge Group to connect exceptional professionals with this Client Services Associate role. Third Bridge is a leading global research firm that fuels decisions with expert insights, with 1,500+ staff worldwide and a fast-paced, high-energy, client-facing environment.

You will own projects end-to-end: identifying, calling, and engaging industry experts to deliver timely insights for clients, often under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Intellectually strong and ambitious, with demonstrated grit through internships or work experience.
• Leadership or extracurricular experience is valued.
• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Find, call and engage industry experts to deliver client insights under tight deadlines.
• Cold call and engage experts across industries to secure time for client calls.
• Manage multiple projects and clients at speed, learning about markets and business models.
• Cross-sell Third Bridge services including content library, surveys, advisory, and 1‑1 calls.
