Job summary

Archer, in partnership with Third Bridge Group, is seeking an energetic Client Services Associate in the United States. You’ll be at the heart of our commercial engine, finding and engaging industry experts to deliver client insights, often under tight deadlines.

You’ll develop commercial awareness and business acumen, with clear progression from Associate to management in as little as two years, supported by a strong benefits package and a dynamic, fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• Intellectually strong, ambitious and driven with leadership or extracurricular experience.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end, understanding client needs and scheduling high-calibre expert calls.
• Cold call and engage experts across industries, overcoming objections and gaining buy-in.
• Work at speed, managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Learn quickly, gaining broad knowledge of markets, business models and regulations.
• Cross-Sell Third Bridge services including content library, surveys, advisory and 1-1 calls.
