Job summary

Mission Mobile Medical seeks a Service Advisor to coordinate service work for existing customers and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with Client Services, Production, and Engineering teams. You will own the client experience, maintain data records, and drive service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service work for existing customers, troubleshoot issues, and align service priorities across Client Services, Production, and Engineering
• Maintain accurate customer data and service records in software systems
• Take ownership of client issues, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication
• Develop and maintain service procedures, policies, and standards
• Assist with outbound service sales activities, including list building, outreach, and meeting scheduling
