Job summary

National Automotive is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary touchpoint for customers, managing vehicle maintenance and repair needs while delivering a positive experience.

You will coordinate service appointments, prepare cost estimates, create repair orders, and ensure accurate records. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a solid knowledge of automotive systems.

Qualifications

• Needs strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and technicians.
• Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic automotive knowledge and willingness to learn dealership/service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and maintain a warm, professional atmosphere.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and capture their concerns accurately.
