Job summary

Mission Mobile Medical in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Service Advisor to keep clinics running smoothly and remove roadblocks for clients. You will own the service experience and drive solutions that make a real impact.

You will coordinate service work, maintain records, and collaborate across teams to align priorities while contributing to outbound sales efforts. This role emphasizes world-class service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in client services, operations, or service coordination.
• Exposure to vehicle maintenance and repair activities is a plus.
• Ability to provide world-class service to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service work for existing customers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Client Services, Production, and Engineering teams to align service priorities.
• Maintain accurate customer data and service records in software systems.
• Take ownership of client issues, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication.
• Develop and maintain service procedures, policies, and standards.
• Assist with outbound service sales activities, including list building, outreach, and meeting scheduling.

General

As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Coordinate service work for existing customers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Client Services, Production, and Engineering teams to align service priorities
• Maintain accurate customer data and service records in software systems
• Take ownership of client issues, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication
• Develop and maintain service procedures, policies, and standards
• Assist with outbound service sales activities, including list building, outreach, and meeting scheduling

• Experience: Previous experience in client services, operations, or service coordination, with exposure to or involvement in vehicle maintenance and repair activities

• Demonstrated strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite common business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Asana or similar)
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 20+ lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving in a fast-paced environment
• Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace

Salary & Benefits

• 80 PTO hours available after the first 60 days of service
• Medical insurance – 100% employer contribution, participating plans
• $10K Life insurance – 100% employer contribution
• Dental/Vision – employee contribution
• 401K – 120 days eligibility is fully vested with up to a 4% match
• Weekly payday, every Friday
• Quarterly profit sharing, up to 20% of annual wages
• We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Offers are based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Starting salary – $65,000 - $75,000 annually
