California Bank & Trust, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is seeking a full-time Client Service Associate (Teller) at the El Cajon, CA branch. You will deliver top-notch customer service, process transactions, open accounts, and assist clients with a range of banking needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of banking, cashiering, customer service, sales, balancing, or related experience.
• Proficient knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Strong math skills and ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policies and procedures.
• Identify and address clients' needs by opening new accounts, issuing checks, performing maintenance and money transfers.
• Resolve client problems directly or via referrals to other resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote bank products.
• Other duties as assigned.
