Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 6+ months cash handling or customer service experience.
• Solid math, balancing, and cash handling skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately according to policy.
• Open new accounts, maintain accounts, issue cards, and handle transfers.
• Resolve client problems or refer to appropriate branch resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and advise clients accordingly.
• May be reassigned to another branch within 30 miles with notice.
• Other duties as assigned.
