You will collaborate with sales and technical teams, maintain accurate customer records, and expand your knowledge of CoStar tools and data feeds while upholding the highest professional standards.

Fluent in Spanish and English is preferred, and the role may include weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Two years of experience in a customer service role with a track record of excellent customer care.
• Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound customer service calls and cases, ensuring timely resolution.
• Communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers to deliver first‑time resolution.
• Maintain accurate directory of customer contacts and company information for assigned customers.
• Support sales colleagues to ensure the highest standard of customer service is maintained.
